All TECHSPO Seattle 2025 Volunteers are required to attend a mandatory Volunteer Orientation to familiarize you with your volunteer role during the event and the layout of the areas you will be working in. Information about the venues, crews, expectations, tips and much more will be covered and most of all have a great time!

Sunday, April 28th 2PM in the Olympic Room (Second Level) at The Westin Seattle Hotel in Seattle, Washington

Pre-Event Preparation Activities

After Orientation volunteers will be assigned to assist in pre-event preparation activities that count towards your volunteer hours, which may include;

  • Tote bag stuffing
  • Name badge stuffing
  • Signage and Display setup
  • Exhibit assembly
  • Equipment setup
